Below are three exercises. Try each one using this soundscape from our Breathe to Perform curriculum and let us know which exercise makes you feel most relaxed.
Exercise 1: Breathe in for 2 digital heartbeats and out for 3. Repeat for 2 minutes
Exercise 2: Inhale for two digital heartbeats beats. Hold for 2. Exhale for 2. Hold hold for 2 at the bottom. Repeat for 2 minutes.
Exercise 3: Inhale for as many beats as comfortable. Exhale as many as comfortable. Repeat for 2 minutes.
Inhale and exhale lightly through your nose for all exercises.
